The session Be prepared to sweat. A two-piece underwear (swim wear) is recommended for women and swim shorts for men. You will disrobe and lie comfortably on the machine. We ask the client to place a towel over the body, giving them privacy. An assistant should help the client by putting the lid down, removing the towel and inserting a CD chosen by the client.
